The Beach
Rancho 9 is directly connected to the exclusive Ranchos beach, the best beach for swimming and surf lessons in the area. Just a few steps down the stone staircase and your toes are in the sand!
Secure and Private
Everyone associated with Rancho 9 is here to see you have an enjoyable vacation, without interruption. The estate is safely nestled within a gated complex and only 4 minutes from the Four Seasons Hotel and facilities. The property itself is also gated and has 24-hour surveillance while the Punta Mita enclave and private beaches are patrolled by security guards.
Meal Plan
The Rancho 9 staff knows you can’t survive on just great service... you need great food, too! Once you have arranged to visit, we will collaborate with you to discuss any dietary or nutritional needs so that our Gourmet Chef can adapt the menu to your party’s tastes.

Experience the amazing view of the water, from the water! Located in the back of the property facing the ocean, the Rancho 9 Private Infinity Pool and Hot Tub create the perfect atmosphere for your group to relax, socialize, and play together.

Located within the Grand Palapa is the authentic wood-burning pizza oven imported from Italy. Here, Rancho 9 guests enjoy watching the Chef prepare gourmet pizza for the group.
