Punta Mita is a special place—a place to draw in people who are important to you, whether they be clients, business partners or family. What better way to cement relationships than to be standing on a point overlooking two pristine beaches and enjoying the company of colleagues, friends and relatives, sampling delectable organic food and excellent wine, served by an eager wait staff?
Important business meetings and cocktail parties, both large and small, require impeccable planning, and that's where our professional staff can help. We have the experience and the commitment to make your event something special. If your event involves a pre-arranged outing like a sunset cruise or a jungle tour, we are more than happy to take care of the details. But if you would rather confine it to Rancho 9, we can easily accommodate 16-20 people at a sit-down dinner, and many more for a cocktail party.
The outdoor gazebo makes a great watering hole. Add the pool, the poolside chaise lounges, the Grand Palapa, the beach, the Game/Media Room and the acre of green lawn, and the party can be sizable. Our team is equipped to serve 20 guests easily, but if it's a very large affair, we can quickly call in extra help.
Our whole purpose is to relieve you of the details and let you concentrate on the event. We believe the host's biggest worry when strolling the beach with a client and getting ready to make a big proposal, is that you both might be distracted by a breaching whale.
It's a nice problem to have.
